Here’s a fun mobile that you can bring out as a Halloween decoration year after year. You can add more ghosts and pumpkins if you choose!

What You Need: Cotton balls; white and orange tissue paper; black marker; paper (or plastic) plate; yarn; black ribbon; green pipe cleaner and scissors.
How You Make It: Cut tissue paper into square of 3″ to 4″. Wrap tissue paper around a cotton ball and secure using 6″ to 8″ length of yarn. Over the yarn, tie black ribbon for ghosts and green pipe cleaner lengths for pumpkins. Use black marker to add eyes and mouths to ghosts and a face to the pumpkins if you want a jack o’ lantern look. Poke holes in paper plate and insert other end of yarn lengths, tying a knot to keep it there. Poke two more holes and and yarn to hang the mobile.
